At TOAST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
